VENUE:
The race will take place in Nashua, New Hampshire - starting and ending at the Millyard Technology Park.
PACKET PICK-UP:

Racers MUST pick-up their packet before dropping off equipment. Equipment labels are in the packets. Thank you!
T-SHIRTS:
Tech t-shirts (men's and women's cut) guaranteed for all registrations made before May 15th. (Note: Shirts run large.)
AGE MINIMUM:
Racers must be 13 years old to enter the race.
AWARDS:
First/second/third place male, female and team (male, female and co-ed) in youth, adult and senior age categories.
TEAM COMPETITION:
Teams of 3 people are permitted. Each leg shall be completed by a different team member. The Paddler and Runner cannot begin his or her section until the prior team member as completed the prior section. For the bike, that means entering the transition area and racking the bike. For the paddle, that means leaving the boat and reaching the Tow Path. Only one team member may compete on each leg of the course.
THE COURSE:
The course is a 17 mile bike, 2.3 mile paddle, and 3.7 mile run starting and ending at Nashua's historic Millyard.
BOAT DROP:
Boats must be dropped off in advance at the Transition Zone at behind the Millyard Technology Park (10 Technology Way, Nashua, NH) between 7:15am and 8:30am. NO traffic will be allowed in the Transition Zone after 8:45am. Parking is available nearby.
SHOE DROP:
If you want to drop running shoes at the Transition Zone, you may do so. All solo competitors wishing to drop off running shoes must leave them in a marked bag no later than 8:45am.
TRANSITION ZONES:
Paddlers are expected to leave their boat, paddle and PFD (unless you want to run in it) with our volunteers at the unloading zone and move to the run. Boats/paddles/PFDs will be removed from the water by volunteers who will prepare the equipment for pickup. The Transition Zone is monitored and only those with a bib can come in and out and only with the corresponding equipment.
EQUIPMENT PICK-UP:
Bikes and boats/paddles can be picked up between 11:00am and 1:00pm at the Transition Zone. After 1:00pm equipment may be removed to a secure site for later collection. That is best avoided! Equipment will be released only to the person bearing the corresponding bib number. Signatures/ID may be required.
VOLUNTEERS:
We need volunteers the day of the race as well as for a Mine Fall Park clean up (date: TBD) to make way for the race. If you are interested in volunteering, please email us at millyardbpr@gmail.com.

Proceeds will benefit Gate City Bike Coop which takes donated bikes, refurbishes them, and donates them to back to people in need of transportation.
